In a 1904 cotton gin building that has been upgraded over the years and renovated. It currently is the main office, store, spa and exercise area and has sleeping rooms. The building shows off the antique equipment used in the past industry. The store sells convenience tems and gifts and serves guests as well as local people.
2 cabins are available. One is a 2 bedroom cabin with a loft and has a living room and kitchen. The other has a microwave oven, mini refrigerator, coffee pot and bath.
15’ x 30’ Inground pool is made of fiberglass and is landscaped well.
Currently, space 27 is centrally located and used for the manager.
