125 Acres on a beautiful lake with mature trees. This is a very popular recreation area within a day’s drive of millions of people. Generation after generation come to this area for their family vacations and weekends.
Main Building
3,856 square foot concrete block and frame building has cedar siding, 2 levels and houses the office, store, living quarters and laundry. The rec. room is on the basement level. The store sells groceries, snack items and gifts. The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. The building has an alarm system and generator that will run the main gate, water wells and pool in addition to the building itself.
Rec. Building
24’ x 52’ frame building with 24’ x 40’ pavilion attached. The enclosed part seats up the 200 people, and has a bathroom. The pavilion has a concrete floor.
Equipment Building
30’ x 68’ pole building with 4 overhead doors and one slider door has a concrete floor with tubing for radiant heat. A 24’ x 32’ framed building with wood siding has a 16’ x 32’ leanto.
Cabins/Cottages
2 Cottages measure 24’ x 52’ each and are wood framed with vinyl siding. One has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. The other has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and kitchen. 1 Log cabin is a 12’ x 24’ park model with porch, 1 bath, 1 bedroom and a loft, kitchen, living room with fireplace. 2 Rustic cabins are 16’ x 16’ and have electricity.
Bathhouses
2 Bathhouses serve the park. One has an additional laundry.
