Spectacular views of the surrounding mountains in all seasons help to make this a very popular canoe and campground destination. In fact, it is one of the best known in the area easily accommodating up to 500 guests who enjoy canoeing, kayaking or rafting down the Class I and II river. After a few hours or a few days on the river, guests enjoy sitting around the campfire exchanging stories--many will be about the trophy rainbow or brown trout. This thriving business can be yours!
15 Acres along a river that is very popular for canoeing, kayaking and rafting. The river has Class I and Class II designations for float trips. There is approximately 1/4 mile of frontage along this river. The rest of the land is mountainous sloping down to the river front. There are 10 designated water and electric sites and camping for over 500 in tents.
Original to the premises, built about 40 years ago this wooden structure has been updated and serves as the store for the business. It is completely stocked with items guests need over their 2 day stay. No need to leave the park to get supplies, they are purchased here. Guests can purchase fishing and hunting licenses, groceries, camping supplies, souvenirs and guide packages.
7 varying sized cabins house up to 13 guests. All have air conditioning and bathrooms. Some have 3 bedrooms, others have 2 bedrooms.
Two large barns house the maintenance equipment. One of them was built in 2006.
Three buildings are located around the park. One has 4 showers and 3 bathrooms, another has 2 showers and the third has 2 bathroom stalls.
5 Bedroom home has been completely remodeled in 2006. It has a very large rec. room.
With seating up to 70 guests, this pavilion also has a complete commercial kitchen. Meals are provided for guests not wanting to come back from a day on the river and have to cook.
