This 16 acre opportunity features 36 RV sites, 14 rental units and cabins and 16 no hookup sites (can become full hookups) to accommodate its guests, plus a meadow which is used for tenters, all on 14 acres. There are 6 four-person efficiency cabins, 4 two-person cabins, and 3 which can sleep 8. There are also 4 rental trailers. Most feature air conditioning, private bathrooms, ceiling fans, kitchenettes, small refrigerators, TVs, and a barbecue grill and picnic table outside. 2 of the larger cabins feature full kitchens, and a “Honeymooner Cabin” has a whirlpool tub.
There are 2 sheds and a barn available for maintenance use.
There is no owner’s residence. Currently, the campground sets aside 3 RV sites for its residency and administrative needs. These are adjacent to the check-in station.
The bathhouse has 2 showers and 1 toilet for men and a similar set-up for women.
The laundry has 2 coin-operated washers and 2 coin-operated dryers.
