This wood-framed structure houses the residence, campground office, and store. There is an attached single-car garage. This building measures 2891 square feet. The store uses up 562 square feet of the building (25’ X 22.5’). The garage and office area has 750 square feet (25’ X 30’). The remainder of the building is the residence. Residence: The 2 bedroom home measures approximately 1500 square feet. It has a full, unfinished basement. It has air conditioning and an oil-fired hot water heating system. The structure is wood-framed with asphalt shingles. The building has a mix of carpeting, ceramic tile, and hardwood floors. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a wood-burning fireplace in the master bedroom. A deck overlooks the fenced backyard.

They include a single bunk over each of 2 double beds, a toilet and shower, kitchenette with a small fridge and small appliances, an electric fireplace, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit. 5 of the cabins are single-room cabins that sleep 4. Each of these has a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a toilet and shower, and a kitchenette with a small fridge and small appliances. These 4 have a heater and an outdoor fire pit. The remaining 5 cabins are rustic cabins sleeping 4. These each have a double bed and set of bunks, small appliances, a heater, and an outdoor fire pit. A family-style bathhouse is nearby.
This entertainment area includes lights and a sound system.
