The main building measures 4400 square feet. It includes the campground office, the campground store, the owner’s residence and the motel room. The office and store encompass about 1100 square feet of this building. The store currently sells basic camping supplies, gift items as well as tack supplies. Boots, hats, and western wear are also available for sale. Campground guests as well as local customers purchase goods here. The office joins with the store on the same side of the main building. The motel rental unit is located above the office area in the main building. It currently has a queen bed, a full bed, and 2 twin beds. The room has heat, air conditioning, and a full bath. A small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are provided. This room does have a private entrance. The owner’s residence encompasses 2000 square feet of the main building. It has a large loft with 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a family room area. The lower level has a full kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom, a dining room, and a living room. There is a large (34’ X 26’) covered deck attached to the residence portion of the main building. Additionally, there is a 16’ X 20’ uncovered deck area and a 7’ X 80’ porch.
The park has two bathhouses. Each is 10’ X 20’ and has 3 showers, 2 sinks, and 2 toilets.
There is an unfinished cabin on the property that would accommodate 2 guests.

The first barn, built in 2004, measures 38’ X 128’. It is of wood construction with a metal roof. The second barn measures 38’ X 238’. Together, there are a total of 67 stalls. 63 of the stalls are 10’ X 10’, and the other 4 measure 10’ X 14’.
