This nicely treed property encompasses approximately 100 acres. About 70 of these acres would be available for further development if so desired. This is a scenic area with activities both within the park and in nearby public lands and surrounding communities. The stocked fishing ponds provide a fun-filled family activity. The park itself can accommodate the big rigs as well as the no-frills tenter. All will enjoy their stay here.
This is a large metal building which seats 120. It includes a kitchen, bathrooms, a big-screen television, and tables and chairs. This building also has a large attached deck for outdoor enjoyment. This building is made available for rental to the community.
The office measures 12’ X 24’. It includes a desk and a counter, and a small store area selling basic supplies to the park guests.
The park has 2 bathhouses with restrooms and showers. One of them has a laundry featuring 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
This outdoor structure seats approximately 60.
This is a 3-story house made of stone, including the basement. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, whirlpool tub, and a large enclosed front porch. Though currently used for rentals, this structure would make an ideal owner’s home.
This is a large garage used for equipment storage.
There are 3 2-bedroom cottages equipped with satellite TV, a kitchenette, appliances, cookware, furniture, fire ring, picnic table, and grill. (Note: One of these 3 is currently used as the owner’s home.) There are also 2 sleeper cabins which are basic in nature.
This structure sleeps up to 10. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1⁄2 baths. It also currently includes satellite TV, kitchen, appliances, cookware, furniture, fire ring, picnic table, and grill.
There is 1 park model that is currently leased to a guest on a long term basis.
