Nestled among the hills, near bountiful streams and dense forests, this campground is a wonderful place to spend summers and vacations. The 135 full hookup sites with city water and a sewer treatment plant on about 30 acres is very neat and clean. There seems to be no deferred maintenance, you won't have to do anything! Also included is a bathhouse, pavilion, laundry and owner's home.
A little over 30 acres of rolling hills, woods and 2 ponds make up this well-maintained park. There is a piece of land available for expansion or development. The ponds allow fishing and swimming, no license required at the smaller pond. The newer part of the park offer spacious and pull-thru sites.
The summer home serves as the owner’s residence in the summer and office. It has one bedroom, 1 bath, laundry room, kitchen and living room. The glassed-in porch serves as the office. There is a deck off the back of the home.
64’ x 40’ pavilion with one end enclosed housed the restrooms, fully equipped kitchen and storage room. The other end is open with ceilings high enough to store RV units.
28’ x 32’ newly remodeled building houses the men’s and women’s bathrooms and laundry. Each bathroom contains 3 toilets, 3 showers and 3 sinks. They are very clean and decorated nicely. There is also a storage room in this building.
32’ x 32’ building with concrete floor and a 16’ x 32’ lean-to on each side houses the maintenance equipment with room for a workshop.
Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath home features a laundry room, kitchen with breakfast bar and office nook, dining room with fireplace, large living room with gas fireplace. All new windows, roof, siding, kitchen cabinets and carpeting in 2007.
