This park reflects the reason for that designation with its activities, friendly staff and beautiful setting. Definitely one of the best places to be for leisure activities. The park boasts 71 acres, 175 sites, 120 of which are seasonal, 2 fishing lakes, 1 swimming lake, a pool, game room, laundry, 3 bedroom, 2 bath owner's home, computer controlled gate, and much more. Level ground with mature trees is close to a major city and a large recreational lake. Sites are large enough for the bigger rigs. Guests have come to enjoy this park for their weekend getaways and the activities offered. There if fun for everyone.
Approximately 1,000 square foot building houses the guest registration desk and the camp store. The camp store sells necessary items such as groceries, RV supplies, toys and gifts. A 1,600 square foot barn is attached and houses the maintenance equipment and a workshop.
New in 2007, 2 cabins each sleep up to 6 guests. They have a double bed, futon and 2 bunk beds. They come equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee pot. These are booked every weekend!
Daily guests use a bathhouse that features 3 showers on each side with the men’s having 2 stalls and 2 urinals. The women’s side has 3 stalls. The laundry room is in this building and has 2 washers and 2 dryers that were new in 2004. Seasonal guests have a bathhouse located in the rec. building.
Approximately 4,000 square foot building is used for dinners, dances and other activities. It has a full kitchen, bar area and separate storage and game rooms. The seasonal restrooms have 3 stalls and 3 showers for each side.
3 bedroom, 2 bath log home with living room, dining room and utility room. The 3rd bedroom is in the loft. It is located near the lake at the rear of the property. A new roof was installed in 2006. It also has a front porch.
