Truly a fine resort where guests come for old fashioned family fun. About half of the guests stay for the season. A major metropolitan area is only an hour's drive away, so all the cultural and sports needs are filled. People in the city look forward to summers away from the noise and the heat. Featuring 460 water and electric sites and many tent sites and river frontage on about 90 acres. A full restaurant is popular for quick foods, bar is a relaxing place for adults, and an owner's home make this a wonderful place.
90 Acres with room to grow the business. Located about 90 minutes from one of our country’s largest cities. Guests have been coming here for years for the 1 1/2 miles of river frontage and the fun this park affords. Children love making memories at the park.
The only park in the area that has a restaurant and bar. This new construction has become a favored feature of the business. Restaurant capacity is 205 patrons.
4 Cabins each feature 2 bedrooms, set of bunk beds, a full bed, table and chair, and a full bath.
3 Homes are on the property. The first, built in 2002, was stick built and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second home, also stick built, has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third is a double wide manufactured home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The park employs an activities director during the season. Guests enjoy mini-golf, a large swimming pool, fishing and the game room.
