130 acres of prime land with 3⁄4 of a mile of river frontage and just 1⁄2 mile from the interstate! The river is the focal point of the area for recreation. The river is connected the a waterway taking you to make other large lakes. Guests make a day of it on the water. There is even a houseboat on the river that is occasionally rented. This park becomes home base with its restaurant and facilities. Many seasonals call this home in the summer months.
Large building contains the restaurant, bar, store and game room. The bar area measures 35’ x 65’, the restaurant is 20’ x 40’ and the store and game room area measures 40’ x 54’. The basement contains a laundry room with 4 washers and 3 dryers.
Several buildings are used for equipment storage and maintenance. There is a 4 car garage, a 30’ x 40’ building for storage and maintenance, and 12’ x 30’ buildings for game equipment.
24 boat slips can accommodate 40-45 boats. There is a 100’ dock for restaurant guests arriving by boat.

30’ x 40’ pole barn is used for bingo. There are 3 mini-golf courses in the park and a driving range. The 2 playground swing sets and 2 fishing ponds are enjoyed.
