Nearly a million people travel past this resort annually coming to the area for the great fishing and the beautiful scenery. The resort features 27.5 acres and has 18 heavily wooded RV sites, 14 cabins, maintenance building, swimming pool and a 2,150 square foot owner's home. This well maintained resort has generations of repeat business and plenty of room to expand. Business has increased substantially for the past two years and there is still plenty of opportunity for growth!
27 Acres of wooded and open land in a prime area for fishing. The nearby river is stocked with rainbow trout drawing more than 100,000 people during the season. Though the business has been open 50 years, it was completely refurbished in 2002 resulting in business growing each year. Guests love the flowering trees, gardens and well-groomed grounds.
At the entrance of the park, the main building houses the registration office, store, 2 storage rooms, linen storage, laundry room and recreation room containing game equipment, television and a trading library.
14 Cabins ranch in size from a 2 person cabin with a bath and small kitchen to one that sleeps up to 14 guests. It has a fireplace, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Those in between all have baths and full kitchens. They are very well appointed, neat and clean.
Features 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 sinks for the women’s side. The men’s has 2 showers, 2 sinks, 1 toilet and 1 urinal. 2 washers and 2 dryers are in the laundry room which is contained in this building.
3 bedroom, 2 bath double wide home has 2 living rooms, a master suite, dining room and a deck off the front of the home. Very nicely decorated.
Several other buildings include a 30’ x 60’ metal sided barn with a 30’ x 30’ enclosed area. This could easily be converted to a picnic or gathering space for guests. There are also 2 garages, and 2 storage sheds.
