Beautiful countryside an hour's drive of a large city
Easily managed very neat and clean park located in a great fishing area. Just a hour's drive from a large city the countryside is beautiful. The park features 39 sites on 22.6 acres. Sites include 35 full hookups, 2 partial hookups and 2 cabins. The upkeep has been very good. In addition there is a stocked fishing pond and a log home for the owners.
 
 
22.6 Acres of woods and open areas just about an hour’s drive from a large city. The park offers shaded, secluded sites in a natural setting. It is very clean, well maintained and quiet. The 1 acre pond is stocked with fish and has a dock. The area offers some of the best fishing on the lakes and streams anywhere.
80’ x 28’ wood structure overlooking the pond has a new HVAC with 5 ton heat pump installed in May of 2008. The building houses the office, store, recreation area and meeting rooms. It has a 12’ x 80’ screened back porch. The 2 meeting rooms are used for clubs, banquets and similar groups. This building also contains the laundry consisting of 2 washers and 2 dryers in a 6’x 12’ area.
2 Cabins include a 12’ x 16’ wooden cabin built in 2008 with a 6’ x 12’ covered porch. It sleeps up to 4 guests and has a window air conditioner. The second measures 12’ x 14’ also with a covered porch, sleeps 4 and has a window air conditioner.
30’ x 30’ steel building newly constructed in 2009 has a full kitchen and full bathroom. It serves the south end of the park.
20’ x 20’ concrete block building houses two full bathrooms, one for women and one for men. The building is centrally located and has a maintenance room between each bathroom.
1,400 sq. foot true vertical oak log home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, hardwood flooring in an open floor plan. There is a mud room, floor to ceiling stonewall, it has ground source heat and air conditioning and a lagoon septic system. It is located at the north end of the park.
Three buildings are used for maintenance and storage. The first is a 26’ x 40’ wood and metal building that has a workshop and storage area. It is attached to a pole barn on the north end of the park. The second is a 12’ x 12’ wood constructed building with an attached pole barn also on the north end of the park. The third is an 8’ x 8’ greenhouse made of glass and metal on the north end of the park.
