Main Building

Rental Units
There are 21 motel rooms. 16 of them measure 14’ x 17’, 3 are 11’ x 12’, and 2 are 114’ x 18’. All have heat and air conditioning; television, refrigerator, coffee maker and clock radios. 15 housekeeping cabins all have refrigerators, stoves, and furnishings. They are all different sizes and most have electric heat. A 32’ one bedroom, 1 bath trailer is used as a rental, too. It has propane heat and air conditioning.

Bathhouses
Two bathhouses serve the resort. One near the pool has 5 toilets, 6 hot showers, 4 sinks built in 1995. It is wood construction and has tile floors. The campground bathhouse has 4 toilets, 4 hot showers built in 1982 and is of block and wood construction. This bathhouse also has a laundry with 3 washers and 3 dryers.

Owner’s Residence
Two residences are available. One is a 4,000 sq. ft. brick and vinyl sided building featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 1⁄2 baths, an exercise room, laundry room, living room, office and eat-in kitchen. It has propane baseboard heat and central air.

The second home is a one story, 3,000 sq. ft. brick and vinyl building with a full basement. It features 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen. It has propane baseboard heat and central air.

Maintenance Building
1,500 sq. ft. block building has propane heat and water in the winter. It is used to store the equipment with room for maintenance.

Other Buildings
Several other buildings and profit centers exist including a pool bar with a deck, 1,350 sq. foot nightclub in the main building, 1,600 sq. ft. restaurant, and a 30’ x 15’ housekeeping storage and laundry. There is also a 200 sq. ft. gatehouse and a pump room for the well pump and filters.
