This property includes 133 RV sites and 29 rental units on 47 acres. Some are “pull-throughs”. The park also has a trailer storage area. The immediate area surrounding the park is rural in nature, but the conveniences and shopping guests would need and enjoy are minutes away.
The main building is located at the entry point of the campground and contains both the office and the campground store.
The campground office is an area with a registration counter and office space.
The store currently sells camping convenience items and necessities, including RV supplies, as well as a line of gift items.
This multi-purpose structure is adjacent to the park’s 2 saltwater pools. It includes both men’s and women’s bathhouses, a full service kitchen, the park laundry, two meeting rooms, and a game room. Poolside
As the name states, this structure is located adjacent to the family pool. Currently it is open every weekend during the park’s “high” season and serves quick foods, snacks and beverages.
The large laundry room has 6 washers and 6 dryers. Bathhouse: The campground has 2 bathhouses. One is located in the Clubhouse, and a second one is located within the “extended stay” area of the campground.
There are 15 Cavco park model full-service cabins. All are no more than 6 years old. All have bathrooms, kitchens, air conditioning, and heating. These include 7 “loft” cabins (sleep 6), 5 “bunk” cabins (sleep 6), and 3 “standard” cabins (sleep 4).
There are 14 older full service rental trailers. These include 2 supreme units sleeping 8, 6 deluxe units sleeping 6, 2 units that are handicapped accessible, each sleeping 6, and 4 mini units sleeping 2.
The park has 2 covered pavilions. The first is located near the pools, the Clubhouse, and the park’s playground. This one can seat 200 people. A second smaller pavilion, seating 30 people, is located in the RV site area.
In addition to the 2 Clubhouse meeting rooms, there are 2 “free-standing” meeting rooms. One is located near the pools and the Clubhouse. The second is in an RV site area. The 5th meeting room is in the Office/Store building.
This building contains a workshop and an equipment storage area.
There is a large “family” saltwater pool directly adjacent to the café and the Clubhouse. This pool is surrounded by a patio. A second “adult” saltwater pool is nearby and has an adjacent hot tub.
