35.5 Acres of level land with almost a mile of frontage along a river that is great for swimming and fishing. Canoes, rowboats and kayaks are allowed. Small motorized boats are also allowed. The park has many planned activities as well as volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and much more. Guests really enjoy their “summer place” as family friendly and peaceful.
16’ x 80’ manufactured home contains the office, store and owner’s residence. The store sells basic merchandise for guests such as ice, wood, fishing worms, non-perishable foods, RV supplies, gifts and toys. The residence has a kitchen, living room with a fireplace, laundry room and a master bedroom featuring a walk- in closet and master bath.
12’ x 33’ park model is fully furnished and has a television, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. All dishes, pots and pans, and utensils are included. A 29’ Citation travel trailer is also used as a rental. It is equipped with a coffee maker, television, dishes, pots and pans and some utensils.
Manufactured building houses the bathhouse, storage and laundry facilities. The bathhouse features 4 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks for each side. The storage room houses two 80 gallon hot water heaters and the laundry room consists of 2 coin-operated washers and 2 coin-operated dryers that were new in 2007.
A stick-built building can be moved and used as the registration office and store. A metal pavilion that is partially enclosed has a television, snack machine and picnic tables.
