The main building measures approximately 120’ X 45’ and has a second level. It is of wood construction and sits near the center of the park. This building houses the residence, office, store, bathhouses, and laundry. The store sells food items, beverages, supplies, and souvenirs. The laundry currently has 4 washers and 3 dryers. The women’s bathhouse has 6 toilets, 6 sinks, and 3 showers. The men’s bathhouse has 4 toilets, 2 urinals, 6 sinks, and 3 showers.
A garage area attached to the main building serves as the maintenance building.
This 1400 square foot community room features a kitchen, card room, and library/reading room. The community room has been made available for groups to use for meetings or dining events.

The furnished residence has 2 bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, sitting room, and a full bathroom. This residence is attached to the main building. This could be used as an owner’s residence or as a manager’s.
There are 4 rustic camping cabins, each measuring 11’ X 11’. Each has a full-sized bed, two bunks, heat and air-conditioning, a porch swing, microwave, refrigerator, barbeque grill, and a picnic table.
There are 7 of these. They feature full baths, queen-sized beds, microwaves, and refrigerators. These 7 units are located in a 35’ X 35’ building. There are also 2 rental rooms in the Recreation Hall which measure 12’ X 10’ each, and there is a room with a garden view measuring 10’ X 12’.
