Main Building
56’ x 40’ frame building is insulated and has a shingled roof. The building houses the registration office, store, laundry and main bathroom. The store has an ample supply of groceries, souvenirs, toys and RV supplies to suit any weekend guest. The laundry consists of 4 coin operated washers and 2 large commercial dryers. The bathroom features 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks in the women’s; and 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 2 showers and 2 sinks on the men’s side.

Cabins
2 Cabins, one of which is sleeping only and measures 12’ x 14’, is log style made by the Amish with a steel roof. It contains 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, a loft area and a table and chairs. It also has a microwave oven, small refrigerator, picnic table outside with a fire pit. The other cabin is of frame construction with pine siding and measures 12’ x 14’. It contains a bathroom with a shower, kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave oven, table and chairs, coffee pot. It has 2 loft areas, a bunk bed, a bunk with a futon and a twin bed. Outside is a picnic table and fire pit, also.

Bathhouses
24’ x 36’ frame building with newly shingled roof in 2008 has 3 hot water heaters to service 5 toilets, 3 sinks and 3 coin-operated showers on the women’s side; and 3 toilets, 2 urinals, 3 sinks and 3 coin-operated showers on the men’s side.

Owner’s Residence
2,280 sq. ft. double wide home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1⁄2 baths, living room, formal dining room, kitchen with eating area, den with fireplace and a laundry room. It is located near the main building.

Maintenance Buildings
32’ x 16’ pole building to store tractors and mowers. An animal pen is attached to this for the children to enjoy. The animals are not owned by the park. A semi-trailer is equipped with a workbench and has space for tools and small equipment.
