The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, smooth-top range, microwave oven and many pots, pans and serveware. The laundry consists of about 500 square feet and has 7 washing machines, 7 dryers, and a folding table, clothes basket on wheels, ironing board and occasional chairs. 40’ x 8’ wide and 9’ tall former railroad storage container is currently used to store the maintenance equipment. It is placed at the rear of the property away from the RV sites. Another building measuring 40’ x 26’ has 3 overhead doors and is also used to store equipment and supplies in a wall of cabinets.
