49 Acres of wooded, rolling hills with lake frontage on a pristine, man-made 7 mile long lake used for boating, swimming and fishing. The large sandy beach area is very popular with guests. A pond on the property is great for fishing with no license required.
The welcome center of the business consists of the registration, snack bar, game room and store. Activities begin and end at this point, so the front porch is always busy with guests. The snack bar serves hot dogs, ice cream, slushies and other easy to prepare food. The store stocks the basic grocery items, gifts, clothing items and toys.
A total of 5 cabins meets everyone’s needs. Four cabins are rustic with electricity and ceiling fans. 2 of them sleep up to 4 people, 2 sleep up to six people. A luxury lodge has a full sized kitchen well supplied with everything but the food, full bathroom with shower, separate bedroom, sleeping loft and furniture. Sleeps up to 10 guests.
Popular for potlucks and other group activities, this is also rented to locals for their celebrations. Open sided and picnic table seating.
Separate from the beach area, this boat launch serves guests very well.
