A natural tourist attraction on an ecological wonder
  Geologically this is an unusual, and beautiful, area. People come to the area just to see the dunes nature created. Families play while the scientists and artists contemplate. They come from worldwide to see this. The history is great. The shopping is great. The food is fresh and great! This park sits right in the middle of the activity. Featuring 49 sites on 49 acres! The sites include 13 full hookups, 25 partial hookups and 11 without services. Many seasonal guests bring regular income. Other amenities include a gift shop, craft shop and owner's home.
 
 
Approximately 49 acres include a desert where there should not be one. Quite the world wide attraction! This park is a tourist stop. Scientists are in awe, children play in it and the gemstone hunts are fun for everyone. There is much to see and do in this area from the natural to the commercial. Shopping, fishing, boating and dining are must do activities. Guests relax at the park after a day playing.
102’ x 30’ older building has been converted to a gift store. Souvenirs, gifts, basic grocery items and some equipment are sold.
20’ x 25’ bathhouse features 4 showers, and 4 bathroom stalls. The laundry is also in this building and has 2 washers and 2 dryers.
27’ x 45’ building houses the equipment necessary to maintain the campground as well as the vehicles.
2 bedroom, 1 bath modular home features a living room, kitchen, dining room and a 20’ x 25’ front deck. One of the bedrooms is currently being used as the park office.
Includes a 1783 vintage barn with antique farm equipment and an 1800’s display room, sand shop where bottle making is demonstrated, and a small well shed.
24’ x 4’ deep round, above ground pool is used during the warmer months of the season.
