24’ x 46’ 2 story building houses the campground office and small store on the first floor and a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on part of the first floor and all of the second floor. The office and store have a separate entrance from the residence.
24’ x 78’ building houses the recreation room, utility room and the bathhouse. The rec. room features a full kitchen for guest use, a ping pong table, 19” TV, and a gumball machine. The men’s bathhouse has 1 shower, 2 toilets, 1 urinal and 2 sinks. The women’s side has 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks. A new roof was installed in 2000.

24’ x 28’ 2 story building with 9’ ceilings on the first floor and a gambrel roof contains a work bench, 6” vice and grinder and miscellaneous lumber. There is room to house much of the equipment necessary to maintain the property.
Include 1 12’ x 18’ camping cabin including the 6’ porch has air conditioning, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. A 2000 Jayco 30’ trailer has air conditioning and a TV/DVD. The 1991 Coachman 29’ 5th wheel is air conditioned and has a TV/VCR, newer refrigerator and microwave oven.
Several small buildings include 2 sheds and a well/pump house.
