30’ x 75’ 2 story building houses the store, game room, laundry, registration office, bathhouses and owners residence. The store and registration office share a space. The store sells grocery items, supplies and gifts. This area has an employee bathroom and an entrance into the laundry room. The laundry measures 12’ x 20’ and includes 2 washers, 2 dryers a folding table and miscellaneous chairs. It has a 3’ x 6’ built-in storage area. The game room contains bookshelves for the camp library, space for a small pool table and 5 game machines. The bathhouse features 2 stalls, 1 urinal, 2 sinks and 2 showers on the men’s side; and 2 stalls, 2 showers and 2 sinks on the women’s. This area has tile flooring.
The owner’s residence is a 1,500 sq. foot home which is the second floor of the main building. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths a living room with fireplace, dining room with sliding door to side deck overlooking the pool area.
3 log cabins measure 12’ x 12’ and have small decks. Each include a full sized bed and 1 set of bunk beds. They have electricity, a picnic table, gas grill and a fire-pit.
An 18’ x 24’ block construction bathhouse is located in the back of the park. The men’s side has 3 stalls, 1 urinal, and 2 sinks. The women’s has 4 stalls and 2 sinks. It has concrete floors. Another bathhouse serves the log cabins. It measure 9’ x 12’ and has 1 stall and 1 sink on each side. This one has new 2008 vinyl floors.
24’ x 40’ aluminum enclosed building with 8 overhead doors. It contains 6 12’ picnic tables, a propane griddle, 2 burner cook-top and built-in cabinets. It has a popcorn machine, refrigerator and a bingo machine with board.
27’ x 22’ train caboose with attached covered deck is very popular during the summer months. It serves ice cream and frozen treats.
1 story building with poured concrete basement and wood siding above houses the 3,000 gallon water tank, 3 pressure tanks, pump and chlorination system for the park water supply.
Include a 36’ x 24’ block construction heated garage with built-in workbenches and shelving for storage. It also has an attic for additional storage. There is an 8’ x 10’ wood constructed shed that houses the canoes, paddles, life jackets, and some equipment. The pool shed measures 8’ x 8’ and holds the pool chlorinator, pump, filter and supplies. A utility shed measures 8’ x 8’ and has the electrical panel and water valves that control the park services
