Warm summers and mild winters with beautiful vistas
Just off the Interstate in a small town welcoming travelers who need to stop and refresh. This park features a neat and clean 75 sites on 15 acres. Most sites are full hookups, some 50 amps. One cabin adds to the amenities, as well as an owner's apartment, main building with a game room, laundry and store. The park is beautiful with over 400 trees and very pretty flowers. This is a very manageable size for someone getting started in the business.

Acreage
15 Acres along a busy Interstate highway and at an interchange brings people to the park daily. The property is level in the campground area gently sloping to a 10 acre lake that is shared with a neighbor. Each party owns some of the frontage. Mature trees provide shade. The 400 trees planted by the current owner have provided an efficient sound barrier to the highway. Guests truly enjoy the nice setting.
Main Building
A-framed building contains the registration area, store, game room and laundry on the first floor, and the 1 bedroom 1 bath owner’s apartment on the second floor. The store supplies necessary non-perishable items. The laundry room has a separate entrance and contains 3 coin operated washers and 3 coin operated dryers. The men’s and women’s restrooms each contain 4 sinks, and 3 showers. The women’s has 3 stalls while the men’s has 2 stalls and 1 urinal.
Cabin
The sleeping cabin contains a double bed and a set of bunk beds. It is located near the main building and has a front porch.
Storm Shelter
A unique feature allows guest safety during inclement weather.
Recreation Building
An additional building near the front of the park has a parking area outside the building. It is currently used for groups and can be rented to the public.
