2 Cabins each sleep up to 4 guests on a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Each cabin has a front porch. The apartment is located over the garage of the owner’s residence, is fully furnished, has a full bath and a kitchen. It has a private deck, also.
Approximately 32’ x 18’ features shower and toilet facilities for men and women. The Laundry consists of 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Circa 1857 3,500 square foot farmhouse is original to the location. It has been updated and an addition was built in the 1960’s. Half of the house has been made into an apartment for the current owner’s in-laws. The main portion has 3 bedrooms including the large master bedroom; 2 full baths; office, living room, dining room and large kitchen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 1⁄2 baths, living room with fireplace, dining room, and library. The house is in good condition with all modern conveniences.
The 20’ x 40’ heated pool with depths from 3’ to 8’, volleyball, 2 hole pitch and putt golf, playground swings, nature trail and a large field for play.
