This park is the only one in the area that offers a fishing pond and swimming pool. There is also a stream running through it. The park will cook the fish guests catch. This helps keep guests coming back year after year.
40’ x 120’ building houses the office, store, café, community room and bathhouse. The store sells groceries, gifts, snacks, toys and some RV supplies, the café is a quick service type of restaurant. The community room has a television, music, WiFi, movie rental and snack. The bathhouses each contain 2 coin-operated showers, 2 sinks and 2 toilets.
12 Units total include a 2 bedroom, fully equipped cabin which sleeps up to 7 people; a one room cabin sleeping up to 6 guests; 2 camping cabins sleep up to 4 each; 5 motel rooms, and 1 trailers to rent on occasion.
2 Story building houses the laundry, additional bathhouse, equipment storage and rec. room on the first floor. The second story is used for additional storage. The laundry features 3 coin-operated washer and 3 coin-operated dryers. The bathhouse each has 2 showers, 2 sinks, the women’s has 3 toilets and the men’s has 1 urinal.
2,400 square foot 4 bedroom 2 bath log home with a family room, great room, front and back decks and a 3 1⁄2 car garage. All has been update since 2005.
