Impeccably maintained park on 9.6 acres is located adjacent to a National Park and part of a mountainous wilderness area near a resort town. Guests come to this area for hiking, skiing, snowboarding and the night skies, enjoying all seasons. It is an outdoorsy atmosphere, rustic, with a frontier feel. The target is the “young at heart” wanting a destination park off the beaten track. The park features 21 full hookup sites and 20 cabins.
9.6 acres in an area with a mild climate though there are 4 seasons, clear skies and nice local shops. The park borders a National Forest known for its hiking, skiing, horseback riding, ATV trails, fishing, and solar observatory. Peak seasons, winter or summer, will see the local population swell 5 times the normal amount. Tourism is the greatest industry in this area.
20 Cabins total, all have kitchens, a fireplace, bathrooms and sleep a minimum of 4 guests. Three buildings house 4 cabins each that can be connected for larger groups. Each of these have open floor plans and are sleeping rooms with bathrooms. 4 other cabins have 1 bedroom and sleep 4 or 5 guests with kitchens. Two bedrooms are featured in 4 other cabins that sleep either 6 or 8 guests. All are nicely appointed and have undergone remodeling and upgrading recently. Some have a private Jacuzzi.
Three buildings include a 200 square foot metal tool shed with a concrete floor, 1,200 square foot carport with concrete flooring equipped with radiant heat, and a 700 square foot section attached to the manager’s residence that is used for the office and storage.
420 square foot building houses 4 individual full baths and the laundry room. This building has a stucco exterior, metal roof Hardi siding and concrete flooring with radiant heating. It is attached to the laundry room.
1,200 square foot addition to the office houses the game room. It has wood siding, drywall interior and a shingled rooftop. It features a full kitchen.
Indoor heated kidney shaped pool and a nearby hot tub and sauna are located near the bathhouse. The building is 1,100 square feet and also contains the mechanics for the pool operation. The chemical maintenance and control is fully automatic.
