Maintenance Building
Three buildings include a 200 square foot metal tool shed with a concrete floor, 1,200 square foot carport with concrete flooring equipped with radiant heat, and a 700 square foot section attached to the manager’s residence that is used for the office and storage.

Bathhouse
420 square foot building houses 4 individual full baths and the laundry room. This building has a stucco exterior, metal roof Hardi siding and concrete flooring with radiant heating. It is attached to the laundry room.

Recreation Building
1,200 square foot addition to the office houses the game room. It has wood siding, drywall interior and a shingled rooftop. It features a full kitchen.

Pool
Indoor heated kidney shaped pool and a nearby hot tub and sauna are located near the bathhouse. The building is 1,100 square feet and also contains the mechanics for the pool operation. The chemical maintenance and control is fully automatic.
