 Many sites are along the park's private 14 acre lake
This park of approximately 26 acres includes a private, spring-fed 14-acre lake. Many of this property’s 100 sites are along the shores of this lake. The park has 2 full hook-up sites, 70 with water and electric, 9 with electric only, and a number of rustic sites. All sites have a fire pit. There are also five 5-person cabins which have electricity and air conditioning. The park has many on-site activities available including its private beach, row-boating, “catch and release” fishing, paddle boats, and other typical campground amenities. This business is also located near area attractions which are family-friendly and popular destinations for travelers. The current five month season provides the opportunity for your guests to take their time enjoying both the park’s diverse activities as well as those of the surrounding area. Guests may stay up to 2 weeks here (seasonals notwithstanding) as they enjoy all that is available to them.
This property of about 26 acres includes 100 sites. There are 2 full hookup sites, 5 cabins, 79 partials, and 14 with no services. A 14-acre lake is totally contained within this campground which is located very near a major “tourist route” interchange. There is a swimming beach and playground on a peninsula. About 35 of the park’s sites are directly adjacent to the lake. The rest are simply steps away. The “luxury” of owning the entire lake ensures the park owners have total control over how the lake is used and who uses it.
This is a wood-sided building measuring 24’ X 30’. It includes a 10 1⁄2’ X 30’ loft. The building is heated with a forced-air system. The building houses the office (13 1⁄2 X 16’), campground store (16 1⁄2 X 24) which sells the necessary items for weekend stays, game room (13 1⁄2’ X 16’) containing several coin-operated game machines, and laundry (14’ X 14’) consisting of 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and 1 soap dispenser.
This is a brick building. The men’s area includes 2 urinals, 3 toilets, and 4 sinks. The women’s area includes 5 toilets and 4 sinks. Each has 1 hand dryer. There are 4 “unisex” showers in this building.
This building measures 30’ X 40’. There is also a 10’ X 20’ framed addition on the front of the building.
This is a 1987 modular home, recently remodeled with new windows. The home measures 28’ X 60’. It is a Waldon double wide with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cathedral-ceilinged living room with fireplace, and a wrap-around deck.
This 3-sided 20’ X 14’ structure is used to house firewood.
