This multi-purpose building is a large (estimated area of 6480 square feet) metal frame building on a concrete slab. It has metal and wood siding, fixed metal slash windows, commercial grade carpet, and vinyl tile flooring. It has forced air heating and air conditioning. Lighting is provided by surface mounted fluorescent fixtures. There is an attached 12’ X 72’ wooden deck which faces the pond area. This building houses the office, camp store, snack shop, game room, craft room, storage area, and additional office space. This building contains 2 restrooms—the men’s room has 2 toilets, 2 urinals, and 2 lavatories, and the women’s room has 3 toilets and 2 lavatories. The Snack Shop: is a separate section of the main building and has vinyl floors, fluorescent lighting, a ceiling fan, laminate countertops and several appliances.
Approximately 1100 square feet in size, this wooden pole building sits on a concrete slab. The siding is painted exterior grade plywood. It has a metal roof and screened windows with hinged shutters. This building has lighting and electricity, but there is no plumbing, heating, or cooling. There is a small storage area at one end of the building.
The park has 2 “comfort stations”. The north one is a block building on a concrete slab. It does not have showers. The men’s room has 2 toilets, 3 sinks, and 1 urinal. The women’s room has 3 toilets and 3 sinks. The south bathhouse is a wood-framed structure on a cement slab. Here, the men’s room has 2 toilets, 3 sinks, 2 urinals, and 4 showers. The women’s room has 4 toilets, 3 sinks, and 4 showers. All showers are coin-operated.
The laundry is located in the south bathhouse. There are 4 washers, 3 small dryers, and 2 commercial- sized dryers.
There are 3 one-room cabins. Each is 12’ X 16’ with an attached 4’ X 12’ porch. They are wood frame constructed with wood slash windows. There is no plumbing, heating, or cooling in these cabins. Window air conditioning and heating are available, however. Each cabin has wooden bunk beds and can sleep 6 people. The cabins have a table and benches inside and a picnic table and fire pit outside.
This structure has a standard kitchen with vinyl flooring, a carpeted living room, one carpeted bedroom, and a full bath with vinyl flooring. The living room entrance door is a sliding door with screen. Equipment/Maintenance Building: There are two of these buildings. The first is a 24’ X 24’ single story metal building with a concrete floor. The second is 31’ X 24” single story wood-framed building with a concrete floor, two car garage, and an access door.
Located at the park entrance, this 10’ X 12’ wood-framed structure sits on a concrete slab. It has a window air conditioner.
This 10’ X 14’ building is adjacent to the swimming pool and houses all the swimming pool equipment.
This 27’ X 65’ manufactured home with full basement includes a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There is forced air heat (propane) and electric air conditioning. There is carpeting throughout except for the kitchen (wood laminate) and laundry room (vinyl).
