2007 was the first season for this newly built park. Situated in a wooded area not far from 2 cities, plus, just a 2 hour drive from 2 metropolitan areas. This park has done very well in its inaugural season and it can only get better! 40 Acres with 83 total sites, 78 of which have water and electric. Plans include expansion to many more sites. Includes: Wooded sites with fire pits and picnic tables, swimming with sandy beach, children's play area, basketball court, volleyball, horseshoe pit, walking trails, and game room.

Acreage
Newly developed campground just opened in July of 2006. 2007 brought repeat business and 2008 looks promising with the early reservations! Located within 20 miles of a major college town, the area offers music venues, golf, casinos and lots more fun. There is plenty of room to develop this park into the 150 site campground as originally planned. Sites are shaded with mature trees.

Main Building
20’ x 20’ stick-built building with a 10’ x 10’ office addition has a steel roof and knotty pine tongue and groove siding. The interior has cathedral ceilings. The building houses the registration office, storage and a half bath.

Bathhouse
28’ x 56’ stick-built building with a steel roof and knotty pine tongue and
groove siding features 8 separate unisex fiberglass enclosed showers. Two are handicapped accessible. The women’s restroom has 6 toilets (1 handicapped accessible), six vanity sinks with mirrors and electric hand
dryers. The men’s side has 5 toilets (1 handicapped accessible), 3 urinals, six vanity sinks with mirrors and electric hand dryers. The utility area houses the water system controls and hot water heaters.

Rec. Building
19’ x 29’ Log construction building with new asphalt shingled roof houses the vending and arcade machines. The building is plumbed for water, but no service as yet.

Maintenance Building
8’ x 8’ building with metal roof and knotty pine tongue and groove siding contains the main electrical panel and space for storage.
