82.6 acres of open and forested land. The terrain is level and backs up to a Blue Ribbon Trout Stream. The park enjoys over 1⁄2 mile of frontage along this river. There is also a 1⁄2 acre pond that is good for swimming and fishing. Sites are grassy, tree lined, level, extra large and most are pull-thru’s with easy access from the road.
40’ x 60’ pole barn with concrete floor houses the maintenance equipment and serves as a shop for minor repairs and storage.
24’ x 48’ building houses the men’s and women’s bath facilities. The men’s side features 3 toilets, 2 urinals, 3 showers and 5 sinks. The women’s side has 4 toilets, 3 showers and 4 sinks. The building also contains the laundry room consisting of 2 coin-operated washing machines and 2 coin-operated gas dryers, and a game area.
2 cabins are on the property, they both measure 12’5” x 16’7” and have heat and air conditioning. They each feature a queen sized bed, a full/twin bunk bed set, dresser and night stand, an outdoor charcoal grill, picnic table and a fire pit.
A 28’ x 42’ centrally located pavilion, several sheds measuring 13’7” x 9’6” with a loft, 12’ x 8’ and 8’10” x 6’9”. All have electricity.
1,200, square foot 1 1⁄2 story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. A 12’ x 20’ camp store is attached to the house. The store sells RV parts and supplies, books, gifts, ice and minimal grocery items. .
