99 Acres of mature hardwoods and open areas with a stream running through it. Stream is suitable for swimming, tubing and canoeing. This park has a waiting list for seasonal sites, lots of activities for guests and is a family oriented business.
16’ x 60’ building houses the office, store, rec. room. The store sells groceries, gifts and souvenirs, the rec. room has several game machines and a pool table. The office has several mailboxes and an ATM machine for camper convenience. A new front porch has been added to the building.
4 cabins each have 2 sets of bunk beds, an electrical outlet, front porch and a barbecue grill.
A bathhouse is located on each side of the property and both contain restrooms and showers. One bathhouse has the laundry facility, and measures 26’ x 40’. The other building measures 26’ x 26’.
28’ x 32’ building located near the main building houses the maintenance equipment.
