The 1/2 mile of frontage along a very popular river keeps the business hopping with guests canoeing, tubing, kayaking and fishing! This is the place to be during the warm summer months. After a day on the river the stories are great around the campfire. Nestled in a scenic valley along the river the park is on 36 acres and features 35 water and electric sites, 40 with no hookups and 25 cabins. Not only do guests enjoy the fun, but the Bald Eagles are a real treat to see.
 
 
36 Acres along a great canoeing river. Located just an hour’s drive from a metropolitan area, guests pack them in for long weekends during the summer, high season months. The park boasts about 1⁄2 mile of frontage along this very scenic river.
Approximately 2,800 square foot building built in the 1940’s of wood and a newer metal roof has a partial basement that houses the men’s and women’s bathhouses, The main floor houses the camp store, dining area, and office area. It also has a short order kitchen and a laundry area. One end of the main floor is living quarters with a kitchen, living room, bath and a sleeping loft. A large porch and deck overlook the river.
A variety of cabins serve families and groups alike. There are camping cabins without bathrooms that sleep up to 4 guests, 1 bedroom cabins with bath, 2 bedrooms with baths, 3 bedrooms with bath and lodges and larger cabins sleeping up to 20 guests. All are furnished.
Two buildings, a metal building and a concrete block building serve as equipment storage and repair areas. The metal building has a dirt floor, the other a concrete floor.
The river is the draw. Canoe and raft rentals are a big part of the operation.
