6 Acres with a path leading to a Corps of Engineers owned lake. This area is very active for water fun. The lake itself is clean and clear providing lots of summer fun for families and great winter fishing. The lake does not freeze during the winter months. The area land is hilly and covered with mature green trees—a site to behold in any season.
2 Bedroom, 1 bath home with a propane fireplace, screened sunroom with a great view of the sunsets serves as the owners home. The building houses a small office separate from the residence. It has a freezer for ice sales and a credit card machine. There is also a laundry room not currently available for guest use.
7 Cabins each sleep up to 4 guests. They have kitchenettes with full sized refrigerators and stoves. In addition, there are microwave ovens, coffeemakers, utensils, pots and pans, and dishware for guest convenience.
Concrete block building on a concrete slab foundation houses the men’s and women’s showers. Each side has 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks.
All pool cleaning equipment and supplies are contained in a work shed.
20’ x 40’ inground pool, large front lawn for volleyball, horseshoes and badminton. Right around the corner is a full service marina. This is a lovely place for reunions and other gatherings.
