Very popular membership park attracts guests locally and from many other areas. There is a lot to do with fishing in the pond, swimming in the indoor pool, site-seeing in the area and shopping. Guests enjoy the clean facilities and friendly people.
92 Acres located about an hour’s drive from a major city. This membership park attracts members locally and from all parts of the country because of the easy living and great amenities. Besides lots of activities offered, the pond is great fun for fishing, paddle boating and just watching the clouds go by.
1,500 square foot wood structure on slab with a tin roof houses the office, deli, laundry and bathhouse. There is also a 56’ x 72’ steel building on a slab foundation that is used for recreation and activities. Sales Office Building: 550 sq. foot wooden building on pillars with a shingled roof houses the sales office. Memberships are maintained and sold in this building.
Four structures serve as the maintenance buildings. A 45’ x 45’ open sided steel building on slab foundation, a 15’ x 15’ wood structure on pillars with shingled roof houses the equipment, and 4 steel double sized carports serves as equipment storage.
Four log cabins each measure 12’ x 26’. Five park models with vinyl siding each measure 12’ x 36’. These were completely refurbished in 2007.
3 mobile homes are used as owner’s residences: 28’ x 80’ 4 bedroom 3 bath; 16’ x 80’ 4 bedroom with 2 baths and a 12’ x 50’ addition; 12’ x 36’ 1 bedroom 1 bath with a 12’ x 15’ addition.
