Built around 1999, this 72’ x 60.5 metal building houses the park office, store, restaurant, meeting room, and bathhouses. The store sells a nice selection of gifts, toys, souvenirs and ample grocery items. The meeting room is a separate room equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink and tables and seating for 50 people. 2 other heated air conditioned meeting rooms with kitchens are available. One is adjacent to the pool area, measures 24’ x 40’ and houses the snack shop and a handicapped bathroom. The other meeting room is a 30’ x 50’ building and has a bathroom, stage, refrigerator, dish sink, tables and seating for 200. It has a fireplace, movie screen, outside patio and barbecue. It is heated and has air conditioning. There also is a 24’ x 25’ workshop, a 24’ x 31’ equipment barn, 20’ x 20’ covered 2 bay structure, 24’ x 32’ covered 3 bay structure, an 8.5’ x 24’ roll-up and a 30’ x 50’ covered structure.
