The park is nicely treed with most sites getting plenty of shade during the day. The property is built along a picturesque hillside and is well laid out. Two sides of the park are fronted by a creek. The park has all the amenities on site to have its guests spend their days and nights at the campground. If someone decides to explore the area, however, there is much to see and do. Even though this property has a very rural “feel”, it is set within an area of the country steeped in history and big cities within easy driving distances. This building is approximately 25 years old and measures 1920 square feet. The women’s bathhouse has had considerable renovation done recently. It has 5 toilet stalls, 4 sinks, 4 showers, and a dressing room. The men’s bathhouse, renovated in 2009, includes 4 toilet stalls, 2 urinals, 4 sinks, and 4 showers. This building also has the laundry and two other rooms. One of the rooms is currently used as an exercise room.
The laundry is located in the same building as the bathhouse.

This structure was built in the 1800’s. It measures approximately 540 square feet and is currently used for storage.
This is a stone 2.5-story gristmill on the National Registry of Historic Places. It may date back to the 1700’s. The roof was replaced in the late 1990’s, and this has helped maintain the building’s structural integrity. It has not been restored nor operated in many years. The building contains approximately 3200 square feet.
The residence is a “stucco-over-stone” 2.5-story farmhouse which appears to date from the 1800’s. It contains a total of 2280 square feet of living space on 2 floors. There is a full basement and an unfinished attic. Currently, the building is split into 2 residential apartments. One is 3-bedroom and 1-bath, and the other is 1-bedroom and 1-bath. The building has recently had new “low E” windows installed. The manager currently resides in one of these apartments.
The primary swimming pool is in-ground and measures approximately 36’ X 55’. It is concrete and ranges in depth from 3 feet to 5.5 feet. A children’s pool is adjacent to the larger pool. It is concrete and has an irregular shape (25’ X 10’ X 17’ X 21’). This pool has a depth of approximately 2 feet. In 2009 pool decking and drains were renovated to meet federal standards for safety.
Currently the owners use a park model as their residence.
