Main building
Typical A-frame wood-construction KOA building with a remodeled upstairs apartment. Contains the office and a well stocked store with souvenirs, RV parts, food, ice cream, etc. The main bathhouse is attached.
Recreation building
Lounge with big screen TV, microwave, refrigeration, pop machine (owned by the park), and a break room.
Equipment/maintenance buildings
Maintenance building, with wood construction with metal and outside metal roof. Contains a Mahrinda Tractor, case backhoe with trench, mowers and weed wackers. There is a metal storage shed and a housekeeping storage shed.
Bathhouses
The bathhouse is attached to the main building. Satellite bathrooms are conveniently located for campers that are further away from the main building.
Cabins/Glamping tent
4 cabins are Prairie Kraft-Basic cabins (heat/AC/TV). 3 cabins are Breckinridge. 1 is Forest River. 1 is a wood construction cabin. 2 apartment rentals. 1 glamping tent.
Owner’s residence
Double-wide on park property.
Laundry
The laundry room is connected with the rec building. There are 5 front-load washers (less than 5 years), 4 dryers and a coin changer.
