Linda’s background is in finance and property management. She attended Davenport College for Business Management – hotel/motel management, completing courses in 1990. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1981. She has been involved in the marketing of campgrounds since 1997. For the past several years, she has worked with many corporate buyers. She has personally sold nearly 100 parks and assisted with many more.

Leslie’s hobbies include reading, camping, hiking, and travel. Leslie has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018.

Peter has built hotel and RV parks from the ground up, operated restaurants and bars, and also a 150 passenger side wheel dinner boat in Branson, MO. Peter has worked in the hospitality industry in Australia and South Africa as well. Peter is a licensed Iowa real estate broker and brings great insight into dealings between buyers and sellers.
