Guests can book a fishing trip with guides. The Lower Klamath River is one of the best areas in California to fish for steelhead & salmon. Fishing for ocean-fresh steelhead starts mid-July and ends in early November.

The park is located right on the Klamath River. It is adjacent to the California National Redwoods State parks with nearby ocean beaches, hiking and biking trails. Attractions include: Prairie Creek, Fern Canyon, Drive Thru Tree, Trees Of Mystery, Klamath Jet Boat Tours, Klamath Beach, Lagoon Creek, and High Bluff Overlook.
