Boaters can pull right up to the restaurant and eat while taking in stunning views of the lake. 5,653 sq. ft. restaurant facility located in the central portion of the marina. The building is constructed of metal over steel frame. Constructed in the 1980s and remodeled in 2017. The interior contains open seating area, partitioned banquet/party area, bar, and commercial kitchen. The bar and grill is all about celebrating, family, food, and fun. Guests can take a break from everyday life and soak up the good vibes by the lake while eating delicious food. While they are at the restaurant they can catch the game, play cornhole with the kids or just enjoy the stunning lakefront views. Boaters already on the lake can park at the restaurant, come inside, and enjoy the delicious food, fun, and family-friendly atmosphere.
Store and gas
4,042 sq. ft. ship store located in the central portion of the marina. The building is constructed of metal over steel frame. Constructed in the 1980s and remodeled in 2016. The interior contains generally open retail space. It is packed with wakeboards, skies, vests, T-shirts, bathing suits, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, snacks, beer, and many other items. Includes 100% pure gas with convenient 24 hr. pay at the pump, cold beer and ice, lake accessories, bait and tackle, boat parts, swim suits, novelties, and clean restrooms.

The ease of use for each HydroHoist boat lift model enables anyone to easily launch or dry-dock their boats. Xtreme Cove Marina can have a lift installed in guests slips.
