Great location close to the beautiful Ozark Mountains. There are many things for guests to do and see around the area including nearby attractions and adventures.The park produces great cash flow for a park of its size and can be run by either park managers or an owner couple looking to leave the corporate world and make a good living while having fun.
Shaded RV sites, peaceful tent sites, premium 50 amp FHU sites, easy accessibility, mostly pull-through 30/50 amp, WiFi, cable TV, 30’ x 60’ concrete in-ground pool, clean restrooms and showers, laundry room, RV supplies, propane gas fill-up.
Scenic byways are a large draw for motorcyclists. Cavern exploration. There are many hiking trails that can be hiked year-round. Canoeing, swimming.
Reception/store: Completely renovated in January 2020. The store sells propane tanks and camping supplies, RV supplies, firewood, soda/water, and ice. Located in the main building reception.
Game room: The former restaurant is now being used as a game room/meeting place for campers.
Owner’s residence: Located in the main building, attached to the office.
Manager’s residence/rental apartment: The upstairs apartment was previously rented for $550/month.
Bathhouse: The bathhouse is located in the main building next to the former restaurant/game room. The ladies restroom has 3 toilets, 3 showers, and 3 sinks. The men’s restroom has 3 showers, 2 toilets, 1 urinal, and 3 sinks.
Large historic barn structure from the early 1900s. This barn has two levels and maintains all the park’s maintenance items. Attached to this barn is a 4-car garage, an apartment, and the laundry room.
The laundry room is located on the back side of the barn. Washers and dryers are third party owned and maintained. The park receives 55% of the laundry income.
