We’ve spent many months looking at deals on Crexi, Facebook, and elsewhere; some of the listings are bizarre or incomprehensible, while the “financials” we usually get are even worse. Your profiles are well written and organized, it makes the deals really easy to understand and evaluate. It’s also clear you put a lot of work into formatting, organizing, and properly adjusting the financial reports.
