Area attractions include an adventure park, trail-hiking in lush woods, a nearby brewery and an international speedway. Store
23’ x 28’ Store, 30’ x 28’ Workshop (same building). Concrete building with metal roof. Half is the store and half is the workshop for the golf carts, tools, extra freezers, etc. The store has a new custom-built ash and hemlock counter, newly painted floor and walls, new LED light fixtures, an ice freezer, ice cream freezer, refrigerator, and several displays/shelving units.
Park models
One is a 28’ Summerland in site 48. It has a queen bed and room with two bunk beds in the back. The other is a 27’ Jay Flight with a queen bed and a bunk bed in the back. This one is reservable for $75 a night (in addition to their reservation fee) and is put on the site the camper reserves for their stay.
Bathhouses
3 total. One at the pool with two separate bathrooms and the pool’s mechanical room. One in the Pavilion – includes a stackable washer/dryer and a dryer in both the men’s room and ladies’ room. The third is in the Pines Loop – 4 shower stalls, a men’s room and a ladies’ room.
