The campground has a playground for children. A recreation center across the street has a pool and water slide and a one-mile walking/hiking trail loop. Adjacent to the business is a sports field which attracts a steady flow of customers in the store on game days. Guests can hike, hunt and fish in the area. Several casinos and local festivals offer a variety of entertainment in a spectacular mountainous setting.
The main building houses the shower facilities along with the newly remodeled bathrooms, convenience store, liquor store, laundry room, storage rooms and apartment above. A storage room doubles as the office. The laundry room contains three regular washing machines, one oversized washing machine and six dryers. The store is open year round to serve the needs of the community.

One large steel building (30’ x 40’). One large storage building (red) (14’ x 40’). One pump house/storage shed (16’ x 16’).
20’ x 30’ constructed of steel with a 10’ x 20’ deck made of composite wood attached to the back. Complete with handicap accessible ramp.
A one bedroom apartment above the main building may be rented as a manager’s residence or used as an owner’s residence.
