Site
The entire complex is designed to enhance nature, with electrical lines installed underground. The campground sits on 12 forested acres. One large group site accommodates 30 people, while a second group site accommodates 20 people. All sites feature a fire ring and picnic table.
Float Business
Guests appreciate the convenience of having river rentals on-site. Floating the river is a delight for both beginner and advanced paddlers. The river flows at three to four miles per hour during normal water levels. The most popular time for canoe floats is from late April to late October, with mid-summer being the busiest season. For a more tranquil experience, Sunday through Friday is ideal for spotting wildlife and enjoying the northern woods. Fall color trips are also available. This stretch of the river is renowned for its excellent trout fishing. River trips range in length from 1 ½ hours to overnight excursions.
