Home & Office
There is a double-wide manufactured home that essentially includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, laundry room, and an open area for a dining room and living room. One of the bedrooms was converted into the park office as it has a separate entrance. There is a wraparound porch in the front and side of the building and a patio at the back of the building. There is a wood-fenced backyard for privacy.
Equipment/Maintenance Buildings
There is a large pole barn with 2 garage doors and a back door. Large equipment is stored in this space, and it can also accommodate 2 cars.
Bathhouses/Laundry
The bathhouse, storage room, and laundry room are in the same building. The men’s bathroom includes 2 toilets/stalls, 2 showers, 3 sinks, and a long urinal. There is another storage room next to the bathhouse that holds the tankless hot water heater as well as the HVAC for the bathhouse. Cabinets and shelves store supplies (trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.).
Laundry
The laundry room is in the same building as the bathhouse and storage room. It includes 2 relatively new washers and dryers, a sink, and a folding table.
Well House
There is an approx. 10’ x 20’ building that houses the well and its equipment, along with a separate room for yard and landscaping tools and games.
Game Patio
In front of the well house is the game patio, which has a painted floor shuffleboard. That area also features grass and trees for horseshoes and cornhole games.
