MO KOA CAMPGROUND FOR SALE

KOA Holiday offers a little something for everyone

Founder’s and President’s 2022 award winning KOA located in the heart of stocked fishing holes, river rafting spots, homegrown country markets, and Historic Route 66. Kids can pan for gems, swim in the Z-shaped pool, or race rental bikes on a track, while parents lie in the shaded hammocks with a good book. A nearby State Park is a major trout fishing attraction. There are also antique shops and flea markets. There is ample electricity for big RVs and all RV sites have sewer hookups. The land is sloped just enough for rain runoff but not so much that it can’t have nice level sites. Newer bathroom facilities are well maintained. This MO KOA campground for sale is easy to manage with only two buildings, and the owners can easily see the pool from inside the building. RVs have easy access right on Highway 64 with 600 ft. of road frontage.
