Just minutes from a million+ metro area, guests find family camping in a quiet wooded environment. A tree-lined drive leads into the park, where guests can wake up to the sounds of nature before strolling down nature trails, relaxing by the pool, or participating in family activities. This NY campground for sale offers a variety of sites from pull-throughs, back-ins, wooded or sun-bathed. Both RV and tent sites have a fire ring and picnic table. Facilities include a gift shop, activity pavilion, arcade, hot showers, firewood, basketball area, softball field, weekend hay rides, hiking trails, fishing pond, horseshoe pits, ice sales, propane, dumping station, laundromat, swimming pool, and a playground.

Park Activities
Activities vary and are dependent on the population of the campground. Events include hay rides, and theme weekends such as Easter, Christmas, Halloween, Alps Olympics, Survivor, Fishing Derby, Water Fun Fest, Luau, Mardi Gras, Talent Show, Labor Day Picnic, and many other events.
Main building
The main building is a combination office/store, roughly 1,500 sq. ft. It is a wooden structure constructed in the 1930s. The property was originally a CCC camp (Civilian Conservation Corps). There is also a 700 sq. ft. storage area just behind the office in the same building. There is also an arcade with 7 games and a pool table in the same building but in a separate room.
Rec pavilion
Recreation building pavilion new in 2017, with kitchen, fireplace (original from 1935, reconstructed in 2019). Approx 1200 sq. ft. Concrete slab floor.
Laundry
Laundry next to the pavilion (same building), 3 washers and 3 propane gas dryers.
Equipment/maintenance buildings
2 – Shop that is attached to the main building, is 800 sq. ft. and a small shed across from the main building, which is 400 sq. ft.
Bathhouses
There are 3 individual bathrooms one ADA. These each include a shower, sink and toilet. Also, there are 2 more traditional bathrooms near the other side of the park, the Men’s room and the Ladies’ room each have 2 showers 3 sinks and 3 toilets.
Cabin
There is 1 rustic cabin, a wooden structure that was built in 2014. One room with 1 double bed and twin bunks, a small table and stools. Power inside, water outside. It is located in our tent area on a large site.
