Prime location near a national park

This park offers a prime location one mile from an entrance to a much visited national park. Also located in the largest city in the county, guests will not be lacking for services. Nature is king in this area and the reason it is such a destination. This park features 53 sites, 40 of which are full hookups, 13 tent sites in a designated area, a well-stocked store and gasoline station along a busy road.
 
 
8.53 Acres of wooded and open areas. The road frontage is flat, and the land slopes upward with the RV park terraced on the hill.
3,000 square foot wooden structure with a flat roof and large porch contains the store, deli, gift shop and has inside seating for the food service. The office, park registration and gas station cashier are also in this building. The store sells a wide range of grocery and gift items. Hand dipped ice cream, sandwiches, and fast foods are sold in the deli. The business sells all grades of Texaco gasoline. A 10’ x 10’ metal shed at the back of the store is used for storage of store items.
Concrete block structure houses the men’s and women’s bathrooms, each having 2 toilets, 2 sinks and 2 coin-operated showers. This building also contains a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Maintenance Building: Two buildings are near the main building. One has a workshop with electricity and a workbench, the other stores all the lawn maintenance equipment.
40’ x 50’ wood structure is currently rented to the local fire department for storage.
